Delete your Programr account

You can delete your Programr account, and everything in it, at any time.

In the app

1. Open Programr and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or use the support form, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and everything linked to it: your profile, injuries and preferences, programs, logged workouts, sets, records, bodyweight and measurements, steps and sleep, notes and feedback, and your place on the leaderboard.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you, except anything we must keep by law. A subscription is billed by Apple or Google, who keep their own payment records. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
