Analytics cookies, only with your consent
If you're in Europe (the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland), these only load once you've accepted them. Anywhere else, they load unless you've said no.
- Google Analytics (
_ga,_ga_*, up to 2 years): how many people visit, which pages they view, roughly where they visit from, and whether they tap through to the App Store or Google Play. Processed by Google under its privacy policy. - OpenAI's measurement pixel: tells us whether visits came from our ads in ChatGPT and whether those visitors went on to the app stores. Processed by OpenAI under its privacy policy.
Cookies we always use
These are needed for the site to work, so they don't need consent.
consent(1 year): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies.csrftoken: protects the site's forms, such as support and email sign-up, from forgery.
We also keep any ad campaign tags from the link you arrived on in your browser's session storage for that visit, so an install from Google Play can be credited to the right ad. It's cleared when you close the tab.
Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time. Rejecting stops analytics loading from your next page; to remove cookies already set, clear them in your browser's settings.
